Hello and welcome. I’m Mordrianna, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and Owner of Return to Roots Wellness.

I help clients support the root cause of their health concerns, so they can live as the best version of themselves.

If you're dealing with frustrating, chronic health concerns that won't seem to improve, adding nutritional therapy to your approach can make a real difference.

As an NTP, I work to understand how your diet, lifestyle, and daily habits are specifically connected to what your body is experiencing — and together we build a collaborative plan around that, one that fits your body, your life, and your goals. I'm trained to identify imbalances across the five core foundations of health and support what's actually driving your concerns, not just what's showing up on the surface.

When we work together, my goal is to create sustainable, long-lasting change with small habits that don't overwhelm you. I meet you exactly where you are, give you one manageable step at a time, and explain the why behind every recommendation — because my goal is for you to feel confident navigating your own health long after our work together is done.

My approach is focused on proper nourishment and restoring function — not restriction. If any dietary adjustments are needed along the way, they're therapeutic and temporary, designed to support your body's healing process — not something you'll follow forever.

What Led Me to Nutritional Therapy

My path to this work began with witnessing the power of food firsthand. After years of struggling with my mental health, I discovered that removing processed foods and switching to higher quality options made a dramatic difference — and I wanted to understand why.

That question led me to four years of self-education on the impact of diet and alternative modalities of healing, including herbalism. Eventually, I decided to make it official and become a certified NTP. That training gave me the missing puzzle pieces I'd been searching for — finally helping me resolve the severe digestive issues and hormonal imbalance I'd spent years trying to figure out.

When I began changing what I ate, not only did my health concerns improve — I started learning how to prepare nourishing meals that actually tasted good. And somewhere in that process, I stopped being afraid of food. I discovered that eating well doesn't have to feel restrictive or overwhelming. It can feel enjoyable, empowering, and deeply nourishing. That shift changed my life, and it's the shift I want to help you experience too.
